Becoming the Spanish customer support agent, you’ll be the go-to person for the customers that live in Spain. For that matter, it’s essential that you’ve lived in Spain and understand how things work there for insurance. Your firsthand experience, linked with your good feeling of Spanish culture and customers, will help you connect with your clients and solve their problems effectively.

Your mission as a Spanish customer support agent is mainly to answer customer questions via phone and email, always with a customer-first mindset. Finding a solution to any issues the client might have is your goal when working as a Spanish customer support agent for our client in Leusden. 

The company has a 50/50 policy regarding home office. You will be able to work in the office half of the week, and work from home for the other half. With that, you will get all the equipment needed for you to organize your Spanish customer support agent office at home!
