Your journey as a customer service agent will begin with practical training from experienced colleagues, helping you confidently master your responsibilities. Once your training is complete, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work setup with 50% from home and 50% from the office! Beyond classic customer service duties, you’ll dive into various administrative tasks. Precision is key, especially when dealing with sensitive customer data, so we’ll conduct a quick screening before you kick off.
Your profile:
You’re fluent in German, have a keen interest in the banking sector, and are ready to take on this exciting challenge. Additionally, you should be available to work 24 hours per week to deliver exceptional service.
