What are you going to do:

As a Turkish-speaking customer service employee, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients such as Microsoft, Mercedes and Netflix. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues through different channels, including chat, phone, and email. Your main focus will be on making sure every customer feels valued and heard!

About you:

If you possess strong communication skills and like assisting others, this role as a customer service employee is a perfect match! Prior customer service experience isn't necessary, since you’ll receive thorough training and support. What really matters is your ability to connect with people, understand their needs and speak Turkish of course!

Workdays and -times:

The customer service position for Turkish-speaking employees involves working 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours. It is important that you are available for at least 6 months.

What to prepare:

The company will arrange your accommodation and assist you with all the practicalities, from opening a bank account to registering in Portugal. All you need to focus on is embracing this exciting new chapter in your life as a Turkish-speaking customer service representative!
