✅ Your Profile

- Proficient Dutch and fluent English

- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.

- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.

- Attention to detail – recognizing that small details can make the biggest difference.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

✨ Your responsibilities:

You will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver top-notch customer service in the renewable energy sector.

- Promptly responding to customer inquiries.

- Engaging with customers through various communication channels.

- Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints.

- Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively answer questions.

- Processing customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.

 - Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

- Collaborating and coordinating with colleagues when necessary.

- Providing valuable feedback to improve our customer service process.
