How do I become a UX/UI Product Designer at Coolblue?
As a UX / UI Product Designer at Coolblue you work in a scrum team, for example the Delivery Hero Apps Domain. You'll translate business goals and user data into concepts, high fidelity visual designs and prototypes, and test these to validate if it meets the criteria. Together you create the best experience by making the product (for example the check-out on coolblue.nl or one of our internal tools like the pricing tool) a little bit better every day. You enjoy doing this
- Devising and visualizing new functionalities and even brand-new products that support the user’s journey.
- Creating complex user-centred flows and designs based on data and user research
- Truly caring about the user-journey and being a team player.
- Having a user-centric mindset and caring more about problem-solving rather than creating random features.
- Being the glue in between stakeholders, product owners and developers and you’re not afraid to deal with them to reach the best possible design solution.
- You have a knack for translating data and business goals into awesome design solutions.
- You like to create finger licking good visual designs that amaze and inspire our users.
You recognize yourself in the following
- You have a background in CMD / Interaction Design or similar.
- You have at least 5 years of work experience doing end-to-end UX Design; from gathering input from users to great-looking pixel-perfect prototypes.
- You have experience with Figma, Sketch, Maze or comparable tools.
- You’ve created some beautiful things and you can show them to us in your portfolio, which focuses on visual design for the digital/online field.
- You're not afraid to deal with a huge amount of stakeholders and align them to reach the best possible design solution.
- You know what working agile is and preferably have some experience working scrum.
