What we offer

• Hourly wage of € 13,63 gross an hour
• A full-time job for a longer period of time!
• Working hours between 08.00 and 17.00
• A surcharge of 25% after 19.00 h.
• Travel expenses up to € 7,95 per day

Who you are

As Logistics administrative employee you have good knowledge of the English language. You already have experience in an administrative position, or in a job where you have a lot of customer contact. A combination of these two is of course an advantage!

• Good communication skills
• Stress resistant
• Working knowledge of various computer systems (Excel/Word/Access)
• Preferably you already have experience within a logistics company

What will you do

As an Logistics Administrative employee you are the first point of contact for the customers. In executing the administrative processes you are the link between the customers, the warehouse and carriers.

• Day to day contacts with the customer
• Reporting of activities
• Process orders
• Answer transport related questions and other Customer service activities
• Upload or manual adjust rejected pre-alerts into the systems and manage exceptions while communicating these to all related parties
• Validate, release and dispatch orders/shipments
